Self Awareness and Self-Esteem Enhancement

More to Life offers a unique personal and professional development course in which you learn practical tools and skills that help you connect with your best self whenever you choose, and to respond creatively instead of destructively to the challenges that confront you. They recommend the course to mentors, leaders, teachers, and social workers.

The Self Awareness and Self Esteem Enhancement course is an introductory course from More to Life, under girded by the non-profit Kairos Foundation, and founded by two Episcopal priests in the early 1980?s based on the theology of Romans 8:14-17a. Since the 1980?s, over 120,000 people have taken the Self Esteem Enhancement course in England, South Africa, and the US.

Course participants have reported exceptional benefits in one or more of the following areas.

  • Master tools to replace negative beliefs about yourself with positive ones.
  • When you?re doing or feeling what doesn?t serve you, learn how to break free of it.
  • Improve and deepen your relationships.
  • Identify the truth about your life.
  • Gain new energy to create what you want in your life.
  • Recognize new opportunities life holds for you.
  • Remove stress by letting go of unrealistic demands and expectations.
  • Experience forgiveness of yourself and others.
