South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices is a state program that helps people in Medicaid enroll in (join) health plans to get Medicaid services.

They may qualify for FREE insurance! Free State and Federally funded healthcare covers:

  • Doctor Visits
  • Dental & Vision
  • Prescriptions
  • Immunizations
  • Lab Work and X-Rays
  • Hospital Visits
  • Behavioral Health and More

Who Qualifies:

  • Children Under 19
  • Children Without Insurance for at least three months
  • Limited Family Income and Savings (example: family of four earning less than $42,000/year.)
